I received my Cancer Diagnoses in 2018. Like many, I thought it would all be over with a surgery, but 3 surgeries and 1 round of RAI later, I still can’t say I’m Cancer free. ✨

I find that Recurrence is one of the less talked about issues in Thyroid Cancer, because so many people on the outside view it as the easy cancer that just goes away with a surgery. Unfortunately a large majority of us deal with the ongoing battle of high thyroglobulin levels and pesky tumors that just won’t go away! ✨

I hope my experiences can shed light on a side of Thyroid Cancer that isn’t often spoken of, educate friends and family of those suffering with it, and provide some motivation and advice for those going through it as well. ✨🦋🎗
