Ingredients:
- 1 cup lid approved almond milk (check out our almond milk recipe)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 tb pure maple syrup
- 2 tb unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Toppings:
- fresh berries
- un-salted nuts
- dairy free chocolate chips
Directions:
- Whisk all ingredients together and pour into two small jars
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight
- Mix well after refrigerating to break up any clumps
- Layer with your favorite toppings and enjoy!
Notes:
- Sprinkle some non iodized/non sea salt on top for added flavor!
- A great dessert or breakfast option
