Serving size: 2-4
- 2 handfuls of fresh parsley
- 1/4 red onion
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1/2 juice of lemon
- 3-4 tb evoo (extra virgin olive oil)
- red pepper flakes to taste
- non iodized/non sea salt, pepper to taste
- Put all ingredients into a food processor or blender **if you do not have these devices you can chop everything up very fine and mix together
- Blend until becomes a paste – add more evoo if you would like a thinner consistency
- Put on top of steak, chicken, veggies, egg whites, salads…anything and everything!
- make a large batch to use on many dishes 🙂
- Use more EVOO if you like a thinner consistency
- non iodized/non sea salt is an option if you want an RAI safe salt substitute but some survivors are not a fan of the taste – omit this ingredient if you wish!
