Serving size: 1
Bowl ingredients:
- 1/2 Frozen Banana
- 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
- handful of spinach
- 1/4 cup frozen cauliflower
- 1 cup almond milk
Toppings:
- raspberries
- blackberries
- raw nuts
- hemp hearts
- chia seeds
- unsalted peanut/almond butter
Directions:
- Put all bowl ingredients into a blender
- Add more milk according to desired consistency
- Top with your favorite toppings
- Enjoy!
Notes:
- Cut the banana into slices so it is easier to blend
- Can use cauliflower rice or florets and promise you can’t taste them 🙂
- Can use unsalted peanut butter or almond butter as a topping
